Chris Young Named to Stars for Stripes Board

RCA artist CHRIS YOUNG and longtime CHARLIE DANIELS Manager David CORLEW have been named to the STARS FOR STRIPES Board of Directors for one-year terms. STARS FOR STRIPES is a nonprofit organization that provides celebrity entertainment to internationally deployed AMERICAN military forces.
“Having the opportunity to travel overseas last year and interact with the men and women serving in IRAQ and GERMANY really had a profound effect on me,” said YOUNG. STARS FOR STRIPES does so much for our troops in the way of providing entertainment, moral support and just bringing them a little taste of home while they're away, so I'm incredibly honored to serve as a board member for an organization that has nothing but the troops' best interests in mind. I'm looking forward to doing whatever I can to support our men and women overseas.”

“I have had the opportunity to work with JUDY SEALE and STARS FOR STRIPES in many different capacities,” says CORLEW. “I am honored to be appointed to the STARS FOR STRIPES board, as it will allow me to continue my life journey in supporting the men and women of the armed forces that defend the freedoms of our great country.”
